Christmas Returns Policy

We are happy to accept the return of Christmas gifts for exchange or refund up to and including Friday 21 January 2022. The rest of our returns policy remains the same. Full details of our returns policy are available below.

Returns Policy

Doesn’t fit? Not quite right? Don't worry, we offer a 30 day returns period during which time you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know who the return relates to. Remember to enclose the dispatch note or your name, order number, address and contact details. Without this information your refund will be delayed.

Items must be received in original condition (unworn, unsoiled, unwashed), and with all product tags attached.

Once your return is successfully delivered, we will send you an email to notify you that we have it. We aim to check your item and process your refund within 14 working days of receipt. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

If you would like an exchange, please just return the unwanted item for refund, and place a new order for the required item.

Return Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are for the returned item only.

All goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. They will be inspected on return, and any items in an unsuitable condition will unfortunately have to be sent back. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item or you’re unhappy with the quality, please send our Customer Care Team an email with an image of the item as an attachment before returning the goods.
